Already present in the Pontifical land register in 1825, the farmhouse respected the old architectural features of Montefeltro: a functional structure for hosting several families devoted to land farming and livestock breeding. At those times these units should be totally autonomous, i.e.: the stable on the ground floor isolated and heated the rooms on the first floor; the well inside the structure permitted to gather and preserve rainwater. The cave to the north of the house ensured food preservation.
  In August 2003 we firmly decided to leave the metropolis and move to another dimension: the countryside!
Ca Perugino, an old country-house that we found after long research, is located on a knoll amid the Montefeltro hills.
After three years of hard work, the old ruins regained their original aspect.
